I AM Affirmations

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. Aristotle Oldie but a goodie. We just have to look at what we're doing everyday, now, to see where we'll be a year from now. Just as we're here now because of what we have been doing. We might think we're sitting still or just chilling for a while, but we're always either moving forward or going backwards, improving or falling apart.

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. The trick is to be conscious as much as possible, but we can't know how far reaching our words or actions are as we can't know where every individual we come in contact with is at.
